Sterisan is a liquid ammonium chloride based sanitizer. At 200ppm and below, Sterisan is a food grade and can be used in food contact surfaces without any further rinsing. Sterisan is used at levels above 200ppm in non-food contact surfaces including foot baths, washrooms, tyre baths, walls and floors.
